TRIP TO LONDON

Today there were not English Lessons but we got up at the same time, more o less. Today we have gone to London. We went by train.
In London we visited the Covent Garden Market, now a nice place for artists and push shops and restaurants. Then we went to the British Museum, where we visited the rooms about the Parthenon and the Rosetta Stone.

Then we went to the Tower of London.
It was very hot. We had lunch there. We crossed the Tower Bridge on foot.

We caught a bus and we went towards Westminster Bridge. We enjoyed the view of the Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. Crossing the river we learned about the Parliament, Richard I Lion Heart, and Oliver Cromwell, and also we visited Westminster Abbey.
Then we took the Underground and went to Oxford Street. We had free time for shopping. When we were back in Leamington our families took us home.

OUR PERFECT WORLD

Today I got up at seven o’clock. I had breakfast and at 8:20 I took the bus. In our lessons we prepared a Project, Our Perfect World and at the end of the lessons each group presented what was it about.

We went to the park for our lunch. In the afternoon we went to the Newbold Commyn where you can practise sports, make barbecues and go to the Sports Centre where the swimming pool is. The boys played football before going swimming. We all enjoyed the time.

We returned to the families and had dinner. I also watched tv before I went to bed.
